Fun With Type....
Some of you may be wondering what exactly I do in Art School. Well, I just finished a quick little project for my typography class that was so much fun I had to share it with you. The main benefit I drew from this exercise was learning more about how to use some of my cool software to manipulate type. Enjoy.....

Wow. That looks like some fun :))
What's next?
Photoshop?
InDesign?
Illustrator?
These were all done on Illustrator.....got a good deal on a student license.....
Oh, be still my heart! Joe, these are great! and reminiscent of the great ones in the days of "U&lc" that wonderful typography magazine of old. I think they are no longer in print, but they are still on line, including some of the archives. Wish I'd save them now!

Great work.
I suck at Illustrator.
Those are awesome! I esp. love the "typeface" one....
Wow, Joe......you've got a CAREER in front of you with typeface art! Impressive flights of fancy....
Haha. Just ran across your moonvertising post as I was about to make an enraged one of my own, but apparently... joke. Anyway. Funny to see these typography exercises, I remember the love/hate relationship I had with them as well :D
