Farming in the city (part II)
Rachel and I are headed off to Minnesota today, where it all began for me, to attend a friend's wedding. Before we go though, I just wanted to put up a couple more pictures of our yard babies... Have a good weekend everybody!!

shhh, Joe, don't tell anyone, but here is the secret for all your basil:
Fresh sweet basil (leaves, no stems), chopped and packed to make 2 cups
1 cup olive oil
2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. pepper
25 cloves of garlic (yes, that's right!)
put all ingredients into a blender until magically green and powerful. Freeze (unless you're hungry). One fine day, add cheese and pasta.
