I didn't realize HDT was such a curmudgeon. I guess he had been taken advantage of, or more likely the obvious do-gooders just got in the way of his otherwise peaceful existence.
That Thoreau--what a whacky guy. But what is good for one man may not be good for the next. Henry was very next.
